Pork Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
1 lb. boneless pork
1 Tbs. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small onion, sliced in rings
3 small zucchini, thinly sliced
1 med green bell pepper.sliced in thin strips
2 carrots, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbs. soy sauce

Directions:
Cut pok in thin strips. Stir-fry in hot oil in wok. Remove from wok; sprinkle with salt. Reduce heat to medium.
Add onion, zucchini, green pepper, carrots, garlic and soy sauce to wok; mix well. Stir-fry for 5 to 6 minutes or until tender. Add pork. Stir-fry until heated through. May use other vegetables as desired.
Makes 4 Servings
