Pork Patties
Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground pork
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried sage
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. thyme
Pinch of ginger
2 Tbs. water

Directions:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into 6 patties. Fry in a skillet until meat is browned and cooked throughout.
