Potato Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 lb. margarine
3/4 c sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. potato chips (crushed but not fine - measure after crushing)

1 c. potato chips (crushed but not fine - measure after crushing)
Directions:
Cream butter, margarine ans sugar. Add vanilla, mix in flour. Add potato chips. Mix well.Drop by spoonfuls on a lightly greased sheet.Bake 12 to 14 minutes at 350. Cool a little on the cookie sheet before removing. Check baking time at about 10 minutes as they break very easily. Makes about 4 doz.
