Pumpkin Cookies
Ingredients:
3 c. cooked mashed pumpkin
1 1/2 c.butter
3 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
5 c. flour
3 tsp.baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. cooked mashed pumpkin

3 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Add pumpkin and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients slowly. Drop by tsp. onto cookie sheets.
Bake at 375 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Frosting:
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
12 Tbs. butter
1 1/2 lbs. 10x sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. milk
use mixer
Spread on luke warm cookies.
Yield 9-10 doz.
