Ada Mohn Sugar Cookies
Ingredients:
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter and lard ( half and half)
2 eggs
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
4 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 c. sugar

Directions:
Add soda to milk before adding to other ingredients. I use Crisco instead of lard. Drop by Tbs. onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until done.
