Rice and Mushroom Casserole
Ingredients:
1 small box instant rice
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. butter
1 can chicken and rice soup
1 soup can water
1 c. mushrooms and liquid
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt

Directions:
Brown rice and onion in butter. Add soup, water, mushrooms and seasoning. Place in a covered casserole; bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
