Shrimp Casserole
Ingredients:
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. shrimp, cooked and peeled
3 Tbs. minced onion
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can green peas with liquid
Dash of black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (1 3/8 oz.) pkg. green onion dip mix
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. crumbled seasoned stuffing
3 Tbs. butter, melted
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. shrimp, cooked and peeled
3 Tbs. minced onion
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can green peas with liquid

1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (1 3/8 oz.) pkg. green onion dip mix
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. crumbled seasoned stuffing
3 Tbs. butter, melted
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except stuffing and butter. Spoon mixture into 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Stir stuffing in melted butter and sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cover casserole dish for a few minutes before serving.
Makes 4 Servings
Combine all ingredients except stuffing and butter. Spoon mixture into 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Stir stuffing in melted butter and sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cover casserole dish for a few minutes before serving.
