Salmon Loaf
Ingredients:
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) salmon
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/3 c. finely minced onion
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
2 Tbs. minced parsley
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill weed
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Drain salmon, reserving 2 Tbs. liquid; flake.Combine all ingredients. Place in well-greased 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 1/2" loaf pan or shape into loaf on greased baking pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
