Ham Loaf with Cherry Sauce
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. wheat flakes
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. ground ham

Directions:
Combine and put into a greased loaf pan. Spread 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. prepared mustard and 1/4 tsp. cloves over top of ham loaf. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
SAUCE:
16 oz. can tart cherries
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbs. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cloves
Cook, stirring constantly until sauce boils and thickens. Add red food coloring, if desired. Spoon on as serving.
