Salmon Loaf
Ingredients:
1 1 lb. can salmon
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 Tbs. lemon juice

Directions:
Crush bones and flake salmon; mix thoroughly with other ingredients. Pack into greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 for 1 hour or until browned. Cool for 10 minutes; loosen sides and turn out on platter. This may be served with celery soup-parsley sauce.
