Salmon Puff
Ingredients:
2 Tbs. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
4 slices bread, torn into pieces
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
2 eggs, separated
3 Tbs. lemon juice
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Paprika

Directions:
Mix butter, milk and bread; stir in salmon, egg yolks, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into salmon mixture. Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole; sprinkle with paprika. Cook uncovered in 350 oven 1 hour.
Makes 6 Servings
