Salmon Loaf
Ingredients:
1 1 lb. can salmon
2 3ggs beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. cracker crumbs
Dash of onion salt
Dash of celery salt

Directions:
Place salmon in mixing bowl; break into small pieces with a fork. Beat eggs; add milk and pour over salmon. Add cracker crumbs, onion salt and celery salt. Mix together and pour into 1 1/2 qt casserole. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
