Salsa
Ingredients:
4 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. oilve oil or cooking oil
2 to 3 Tbs. chopped canned green chili peppers
2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. coriander seed, crushed

Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Add 1 tsp. salt and dash pepper. Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. Makes about 3 cups.
