Spicy Salsa
Ingredients:
1 can (16 0z.) whole tomatoes
1 small green pepper, chopped
1/3 c. chopped mild onion
3 Tbs. chopped green onion
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies, rinsed and drained
3 Tbs. chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 clove garlic, minced

Directions:
Puree tomatoes with their juice in a blender or food processor. Combine other ingredients and stir in tomatoes. (Chill in refrigerator up to 5 days.)
