Sauteed Mushrooms



When sauteeing, never cover, Use a large griddle with butter or oil. Slice mushrooms or use small whole ones. Do not stack, overlap or pile up. Keep turning.Start with a hot but not smoking pan. Salt after sauteeing. Takes 4 min. if pan is not overloaded.
