Ingredients:
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
2 Tbs. chopped celery
1/2 Tbs. chopped green pepper
1 Tbs. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbs. snipped parsley
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1/3 c. tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cooking oil

Directions:
Heat oil in electric fry pan to 280 degrees. Add shrimp, celery, green pepper, onion, and garlic. Saute, turning often until shrimp are just pink. Turn heat to simmer. Add 1/3 c. water and remaining ingredients and mix well. Simmer, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes or until shtimp are tender.
Makes 4 Servings
