Seven-Layer Salad
Ingredients:
1 head lettuce, cut up
1 c. chopped celery
1 10 oz. pkg frozen peas, thawed
1 c. chopped green bell pepper
1 c. grated carrot
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. bacon, crisp fried
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbs. sugar
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 head lettuce, cut up

1 c. grated carrot
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. bacon, crisp fried
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbs. sugar
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:
Layer lettuce, celery, peas, green pepper, carrot and onion in 13x9" dish. Crumble bacon and arrange egg slices over layers. Spread mixture of mayonnaise and sugar over top. Sprinkle with cheese. Chill, covered for several hours.
Makes 10 Servings
