Strawberry-Melon Salad
Ingredients:
2 small honeydew melons
Leaf lettuce
1 1/2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
1 c. strawberries

Directions:
Cut melons in half and remove seeds. Use a melon baller to scoop out pulp. Line melon shells with leaf lettuce. Divide melon balls among lined shells. Mound a generous 1/3 c. cottage in center of each. Place 1/4 c. strawberries around each mound.
Makes 4 Servings
