Shortbread Cookies
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
Powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
Powdered sugar
Directions:
Combine butter, softened cream cheese and sugar, mixing until well blended. Add flour; mix well. Shape level tsp. of dough into balls; place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees, 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
