Sour Cream Drops
Ingredients:
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 cv. unsifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Mix together the vegetable oil, sugar and eggs. Stir in the sour cream and vanilla, mixing thoroughly. Blend the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt before adding to the sour cream mixture. Chill at least 1 hour. Drop cookies about 2 1/2 to 3 in. apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes. If desired, glaze with a confectioner's glaze.
