Sour Cream Drops
Ingredients:
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil

Directions:
Mix together the oil, sugar and eggs. Stir in the sour cream and vanilla, mix thoroughly. Blend the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt before adding to the sour cream. Chill at least 1 hour.
Drop cookies about 2 1/2- 3 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 1n a 425 degree oven 6-8 minutes. If desired, frost. Makes about 5 dozen.
