Sour Cream Frosting
Ingredients:
1 6 oz. pkg. semisweet chocolate pieces
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 to 2 3/4 c. powdered sugar

2 1/2 to 2 3/4 c. powdered sugar
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter; cool slightly. Blend in sour cream, vanilla, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Slowly beat in sugar till spreading consistency. Frosts two 9" layers.
