Sour Cream Pie
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. seeded raisins
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. pecans
9" pastry shell, unbaked

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Put first 6 ingredients into blender; cover and process. When well mixed,turn off blender and add pecans; chop briefly. Pour mixture into an unbaked pie shell. Bake 15 minutes; lower oven temperature to 350 and bake 30 minutes or until set.
Makes 6-8 Servings
