Strawberry Bread
Ingredients:
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. crushed strawberries
1 1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, soda and salt in a large bowl. Mix oil, eggs and strawberries in bowl. Add mixture to dry ingredients; stir just until moistened. stir in walnuts. Pour into 2 greased 4x8" loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until loaves test done. Remove to wire rack to cool. Serve with strawberry cream cheese.
