Meat Balls
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. pork sausage
2 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. sage

Directions:
Mix all ingredients; gently form into small 1 1/2" meat balls. Brown balls in small amount of shortening. Put in covered casserole. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
