Rhubarb Strawberry Pie
Ingredients:
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbs. flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped rhubarb
1/2 c. strawberries
CRUMB TOPPING:
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbs. flour

1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped rhubarb

Directions:
Mix together the first 7 ingredients. Place in unbaked pie shell. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over rhubarb mixture. Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes.
