Sugar Cookies
Ingredients:
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar

Directions:
Cream sugar, eggs and shortening. Add vanilla and milk. Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Drop by Tbs. on greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar. Put a few raisins on top. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Makes about 3 1/2 d0zen cookies.
