Sugar-Free Raisin Bars

Ingredients:

1 c. raisins
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. flour
1 egg
3/3 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 Tbs. sugar substitute
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Cook first 5 ingredients 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Spread into 8" square pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
