Sweet Potato Bake
Ingredients:
2 lb. sweet potatoes
1 lb. pork link sausages, fried
1 pint sweet applesauce
2 lb. sweet potatoes
1 lb. pork link sausages, fried
1 pint sweet applesauce
Directions:
Cook, peel and mash sweet potatoes; Keep hot. Spread in bottom of buttered 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Top with layer or sausages; top with a thick layer of applesauce. Bake, uncovered, 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
