Sweet Potato pudding
Ingredients:
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1 c. milk
6 Tbs. sugar
1 tsp. salt
@ tbs. butter
8 marshmallows or 1/2 c. marshmallow whip

Directions:
Cook sweet potatoes with skins on until soft. Peel and mash and add sugar, salt, melted butter and milk. Beat eggs well and add to mixture. Pour into a buttered baking dish and top with marshmallows. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
