Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef
1 can celery or mushroom soup
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
2 lbs. frozen Tater Tots
Chopped onion to taste
Fresh mushrooms, sauteed (opt.)

Directions:
Fry ground beef until redness is gone. Add onion and/or mushrooms, if desired. Spread in 9x13\" baking dish. Over meat mixture spread undiluted soup. Add the layer of cheese.Top with frozen Tater Tots. Bake, uncovered, 1 1/4 hours at 350 (or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Freezes well before or after baking.
