Tuna Potato Pie
Ingredients:
4 Tbs. butter
4 Tbs. flour
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (6 oz.) cans tuna, drained
1 can green peas, drained
2 c. mashed potatoes
1 Tbs. butter, opt.

1 Tbs. butter, opt.
Directions:
Melt 4 Tbs. butter; add onions, blend in flour until smooth. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly, until bubbling. Reduce heat and cook about 3 minutes until thickened. Add tuna, green peas, salt and pepper. Cook until onions soften. Put in baking dish and top with mashed potatoes. Dot with butter and bake at 450 until browned, about 15 minutes.
