Turkey Patties
Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground lean turkey
1/12 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried sage leaves
1 tsp.pepper
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 lbs. ground lean turkey

Directions:
Crumble turkey into a large bowl. Add the salt, sage, pepper, ginger and cayenne. Shape into sixteen 2 1/2" patties. In a large skillet, cook patties over medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until meat is no longer pink. Makes 16 patties. Great for breakfast.
