Veal Rolls Divan
Ingredients:
3 slices bacon
1 1/2 c. packaged herb-seasoned stuffing mix
6 thin veal steaks, pounded 1/8" thick
1 Tbs. oil
2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen broccoli spears, thawed
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 c. boiling water
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1 4 1/2 0r 5 oz. can shrimp, drained

1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 c. boiling water
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1 4 1/2 0r 5 oz. can shrimp, drained
Directions:
In skillet, cook bacon till crisp; drain; reserve drippings. Prepare stuffing according to pkg. directions, using drippings and melted butter to make 1/4 cup. Crumble bacon; stir into stuffing. Sprinkle veal with salt. Place 1/3 c. stuffing on each veal steak; roll and tie securely. Add oil to same skillet; brown veal. Arrange meat and broccoli in 12x7 1/2x2" baking dish.
Dissolve crushed bouillon cube in boiling water; pour over meat. Cover with foil; bake at 350 for 1 hour. Combine soup[ and milk and shrimp; heat through. Before serving, remove ties from meat; pour soup mixture over meat rolls.
