Veal and Beef Casserole
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground veal
1 c. onions, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 tsp. salt Dash of pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 Tbs. soy sauce
1 c. instant rice
1 3/4 c. water
1/2 lb. ground beef

Directions:
Brown the beef, veal and onions. Add the celery and seasonings and finish browning. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Put in a 1 1/2 or 2 qt. casserole and bake at 375 for 1 hour.
Makes 6 Servings
