Wiener Stew
Ingredients:
1 lb. wieners
6 c. diced potatoes
3 c. diced carrots
2 onions, diced
2 c. diced celery
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
3 pints water
2 Tbs. flour
2 Tbs. butter

Directions:
Cook potatoes, carrots, onions and celery in salt water until soft. Add milk, sliced wieners and pepper and bring to a boil. Thicken with flour and butter that have been rubbed together to form a smooth paste.
