Baked Eggs and Ham
Ingredients:
1/4 c. plain croutons
2 tsp. butter, melted
2 eggs Dash pepper
1 Tbs. shredded cheese
2 Tbs. fully cooked ham strips

Directions:
Toss croutons
with melted butter; set aside. Break eggs into a buttered individusl casserole. Sprinkle with pepper. Top with cheese; arrange ham atop. Place buttered crourtons around edge of dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 till eggs are done, 15 to 18 miutes.
