Baked Pork Chops
Ingredients:
4 pork chops
2 Tbs. fat
1/4 c. diced onion
1 c. condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
3 medium potatoes, peeled, sliced
1 lb. cabbage, shredded
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Brown chops in hot fat in heavy fry pan,remove and add onion, soup and milk. Blend, set aside. Starting with potatoes, put alternating layers of potatoes and cabbage into an 8x8x2 cake pan. Sprinkle each layer with flour and pour soup sauce over each layer. Place chops on top and cover with aluminum foil. Bake 1 1/4 hours in 350 degree oven.
Makes 4 Servings
