1 1/4 c. honey
1/3 c. whole wheat flour
Pinch of salt
Juice from lemon
3 Tbs. butter

Directions:
Mix well and pour into unbaked shell. Dot with 2 Tbs. butter; add top crust. Dot with 1 Tbs. butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
