Chuck Roast
Ingredients:
1-3 lb. chuck roast 2" thick
2 Tbs. soy sauce
2 garlic cloves
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1-3 lb. chuck roast 2" thick

Directions:
Place roast in center of heavy foil, place in roasting pan. Sprinkle roast with sauce. Cover with soup. Wrap loosely. Bake at 350 for 2 1/2 hours.
