Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:
5 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 c. chicken stock
1 tsp. garlic powder
Pepper to taste
4 Tbs. butter

Directions:
Place potatoes in a greased 13x9x2" baking pan. Combine chicken stock, garlic powder and pepper; pour over potatoes. Dot with butter. Cover and bake at 400 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove cover during last 15 minutes to brown.
