Corn and Sausage Scallop
Ingredients:
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 Tbs. flour
1 16 oz. can cream-style corn
1 3 oz. can chopped mushroms, drained
3 c. bite-size shredded corn cereal, crushed (1 1/2 c. crushed)
1 8 oz. pkg. brown-and-serve sausage links

3 c. bite-size shredded corn cereal, crushed (1 1/2 c. crushed)
1 8 oz. pkg. brown-and-serve sausage links
Directions:
In mixing bowl combine milk, eggs, and flour; beat till smooth. Stir in corn, mushrooms, and 1 c. of the crushed corn cereal. Turn into an 8x1 1/2" round baking dish. Arrange sausages atop in spoke design. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 c. cereal. Bake at 350 till knife inserted just off-center comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes.
