Crab Balls
Ingredients:
1 lb. crab meat
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Wotcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbs. Old Bay seasoning
1 lb. crab meat

Directions:
Remove shell from crab meat andplace crab meat in a medium bowl. Mix bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise and seasonings. Pour mixture over crab meat and gently mix. Add a little more mayonnaise if mixture is too dry. Make balls about 1 1/2" in diameter. Roll in cracker meal and deep fry until golden brown. Makes about 15 balls.
