Egg Souffle

Ingredients:

14 slices buttered bread, cubed
3 c. milk
6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. American cheese, grated
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Directions:

Combine bread, milk, eggs, cheese and seasonings; stir just until blended. Put into a buttered casserole; bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Makes 8 Servings
