Ingredients:
1 med. green pepper
1 onion
1 Tbs. butter
2 c. chicken broth
2 c. cooked chicken
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste
Cornstarch

Directions:
Cut onions and green pepper in strips; saute in butter until tender, but not brown. Add broth, mushrooms, chicken, salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes. Thicken with corn starch. Serve over rice or noodles.
