Honey Muffins
Ingredients:
2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. orange juice
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder,baking soda and salt; set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add honey, orange juice, butter and vanilla; mix well. Stir in dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill 12 greased muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
