Macadamia Nut Pie
Ingredients:
1 c. light corn syrup
3/4 c. plus 2 Tbs. sugar
3 eggs, lightly beaten
2 Tbs. butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. finely chopped macadamia nuts
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Stir in macadamia nuts. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack.
