Mexican Spaghetti
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef or boneless chicken
1 can original spaghetti sauce
2 cans of tomato paste
2 packages of Taco seasoning mix
1 can diced tomatos, drained
1 can diced Green Chilis, drained
1 box of spaghetti noodles
1 package of 4 cheese Mexican mixed cheese
1 jar of Salsa
1 small onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef or boneless chicken
1 can original spaghetti sauce
2 cans of tomato paste
2 packages of Taco seasoning mix
1 can diced tomatos, drained
1 can diced Green Chilis, drained
1 box of spaghetti noodles
1 package of 4 cheese Mexican mixed cheese
1 jar of Salsa
1 small onion, chopped
Directions:
Brown the meat until done, and drained the grease.
In a large sauce pan, combined the spaghetti sauce, 1/2 cup salsa, can diced tomato, diced green chilis, tomato paste, chopped onions, and meat to a boil. Turn heat down, and mix 1 and a half packages of the Taco seasoning mix into the sauce (use the rest of Taco Seasoning Mix with melted butter for a mexican toast.) Shimmer for an hour.
Cooked the noodles until done. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a deep baking dish, spread some sauce on the bottom of the pan so the noodles do not stick. Take the noddles, and toss it into the thick sauce until the noodles are all covered with the sauce. Pour and spread half the noddles and sauce mixed into the dish. Even it out, and add a layer of the four cheese Mexican blend. Add the rest of the noodle mixed on top, and spread the rest of the cheese on top. Put into oven and bake for about 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted with a golden crust. Serve. You can put more salsa on top of the spaghetti after serving
