Oven Fried Fish
Ingredients:
1 lb. fish fillets
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 Tbs. butter, melted
1 lb. fish fillets
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 Tbs. butter, melted
Directions:
Cut fillets in serving pieces. Dip in milk and roll in bread crumbs. Place in well greased baking pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Drizzle melted butter over fish and bake in an extremely hot oven (500 degrees) 10 to 12 minutes, or till fish flakes easily with fork.
Makes 3-4 Servings
