Pickled Beets
Ingredients:
Red beets
Stick cinnamon
Whole cloves
Sugar
Vinegar
Water

Directions:
Cook beets until tender and remove skins. This recipe can be adjusted to any amount of red beets. Combine equal amounts of sugar, water and vinegar. Add desired amount of stick cinnamon and whole cloves and bring to a boil. Add red beets cut the way you like them and bring to a boil. Pack in sterile jars and fill with hot liquid. Seal.
